June 2008 MEMO: To: PFSC Delegates, Officers & Members: From: Bernie Spozio,
Bylaws Committee Chair Re: PFSC Bylaws Revisions The
PFSC board of directors has been working over the last eighteen months to
revise and update the bylaws of the PFSC. A thorough review, on a line by
line basis, was completed by the entire board, and various revisions and
updates were made. The board is now presenting the final draft to you and
your respective clubs for review and comment prior to a final board vote
for adoption at the September 2008 fall convention in Below
is a link to a copy of the draft bylaws as well as a link to the current
version. Copies are being sent to all
club and county delegates. Delegates,
please make the time to review the draft with your PFSC affiliated clubs. Comments may be submitted by affiliated
counties, clubs, organizations, and individual members. Please mail or email (preferred) written
comments to the state office between now and If
