PA Game Commission Resolution Comments

Resolution #7) LEBANON COUNTY WILDLIFE ASSOCIATION – Lebanon County – Spotlighting Wildlife.

Title 34, Section 2311 sets limits on recreational spotlighting. Title 34 is statutory in nature and set by the Pennsylvania General Assembly, not by the Pennsylvania Game Commission. However, we would support this resolution if asked by the General Assembly.
