Club Insurance Program for PFSC Affiliated Clubs

A new insurance program, with the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs (PFSC) named as the primary insured, is now available to all member clubs of the PFSC.  The program is underwritten by National Casualty, an A rated and admitted company, and administered by K&K Underwriters in conjunction with Douglas Insurance Services.

The policy provides:

$ 1,000,000 of liability coverage per occurrence, with no general aggregate

Provisions for premises medical payments without regard to legal liability

Fire damage legal liability

Minimum premium is $375 per club

All clubs are individually underwritten.  Premiums prove to be very competitive, and through this admitted insurance company, the excess lines tax (stamping fees) do not apply.

Property coverage is also available through Mutual Benefit Insurance Company and Douglas Insurance Service.  Mutual Benefit Insurance Company is an A+ rated company, domiciled in Huntingdon, PA.

A completed enrollment form and additional documentation is required.  More information and Enrollment forms can be obtained by calling Mike Douglas at 1-800-722-9990 or emailing your request to douglas3@zoominternet.net

HB 1657 would give ownership of almost 1,800 Acres of pristine property to Penn State for Agriculture Use & Research.  We oppose this transfer, and instead support ownership of the land going to the PGC.  Read PFSC’s testimony and other comments & info to learn why we support the property going to the PGC.
